Courgette

Courgettes are one of my family’s favourite veg so thankfully I’ve had quite a bit of success with them.

But, when I first started my allotment in 2020 I had no idea how many courgettes one plant can create.

So I grew 7 plants.

At the height of production one plant can create 4 courgettes per week. Which means we had a real bumper harvest in 2020.
